Ready to hit the gym? Try this interactive couples workout circuit designed to keep things fun and engaging. Perform 3 sets of each exercise with 30–60 seconds of rest between rounds.

1. Couples Workout Plank High-Fives

Get into a high plank position facing each other. Keep your core tight and reach out to high-five your partner with alternating hands. This builds core stability and trust.

2. Back-to-Back Wall Sits

Lean against each other’s backs and lower into a squat position until your knees are at a 90-degree angle. For an extra challenge, try passing a medicine ball from side to side.

3. Medicine Ball Squat Toss

Stand facing each other about three paces apart. One partner squats, then tosses the ball to the other while standing back up. This improves coordination and leg strength.

4. Sit-Up Passes

Lie on your backs with knees bent and feet overlapping. Perform a sit-up together, passing a medicine ball to your partner at the top. It’s a great way to turn a tough core move into a team effort.
